Victoria, AUS (August 31, 2018) – Johnson Health Tech Australia is excited to announce the addition of Wade Gaudion as the new Sales Agent for Queensland. Gaudion’s primary responsibility will be to increase relationships in all Queensland retail markets, and assist the direct sales and dealer sales channels to align with Johnson Health Tech Australia’ strategies for growth.
Gaudion comes to JHTA with over 20 years’ experience in the sporting goods industry. Beginning his career in retail sales operations with Footlocker and Sportscene in Brisbane, Gaudions wholesale career began with Amer Sports in 2000. His roles within Amer Sports began as a territory manager in Melbourne and developed largely through the Wilson Sporting Goods Division. For the past 5 years Gaudion held the Sales Director role at Amer for consumer brands Wilson, Salomon and Suunto.
After an extended period in Victoria, Gaudion made the decision to return home to Queensland with his family, beginning his own wholesale agency known as WJG Sports. Johnson Health Tech Australia this week signed WJG Sports as Queensland distributer, entering into a partnership with Gaudion in the process.
“Being able to offer a portfolio of brands as strong as Matrix, Horizon, Vision and Tempo to retail markets in Queensland, and to join such an incredible team with exponential growth was an opportunity I wanted to be a part of” said Gaudion. “I am looking forward to providing top tier customer service, innovative products, and business solutions for every retail partner we have in Queensland.”
“We are excited to welcome Wade Gaudion to the JHTA team,” said Michael Conlan, Managing Director of Johnson Health Tech Australia. “As we make the addition of a direct agent, Wade will allow us to have an increased presence and reach in the Queensland territory. Wade’s skill set and experience match what we were looking for and we know he will make a positive impact on the company.”
