Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect item:
Should your item arrive to you faulty/damaged, or if you’ve received something different to what you’ve ordered, please let us know right away by contacting us via your Catch account. We will arrange for return and a replacement item(s) to be sent out to you as soon as possible at no extra cost to you.
Change of Mind returns:
All our products are sold “as is”. Note that we will not process refunds for change of mind returns. You may contact us within 120 days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange you purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.
Product must be in new condition with original packaging.
